At Eternal Roses, we want you to be completely satisfied with your preserved floral arrangements. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the preserved roses in their original luxury packaging to ensure they remain protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned arrangement, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
